Friends of Music Parents Orientation at the Frost School of Music
21st August, 2009 - Posted by nedberndt - 1 Comment
The parents of the incoming students of the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami met with Assistant Dean Ken Moses this morning in Gusman Auditorium. After many questions and answers from Ken, the parents seemed more relaxed about leaving their children with us here in Miami.
How comforting to know that the dean is somehow related to the very famous family member with the Ten Commandments!!
After the orientation, The Friends of Music Board members offered cookies and lemonade in the lobby to help the parents through the rest of their busy morning.
Here are pictures of the event photographed by Ross Adam Debardelaben, Coordinator of Communication, University of Miami Frost School of Music.

I was a parent who attended this orientation function and really appreciated your hospitality and all that you do. I guess I missed the shirts you were selling, I would certainly be interested in one….is it available to see what they look like and order one on line? Or thru the mail (I live in MA) I’m sending a membership check in tonight! Thanks again.
